01
Discovery
Each corporate video project starts with several questions to determine your goals, the audience and the style of the production. For example, you may want a fully animated video or a promotional video shot at various corporate locations with employee interviews. You may want an explainer video that educates audiences about a specific product. Our job at this point is to listen and dig deep to figure out exactly what your video production needs & goals are.
02
Treatment
We write a short, one-page overview of the production concept for your review to ensure we are on the right track.
03
Creative Brief
We develop the Creative Brief which gives you a review of our proposed concept, shot list, graphic “look and feel.” The Creative Brief also includes six storyboarded frames of graphics, font treatments (styles of type) and a color palette for the production. In addition, the brief also outlines the production schedule.
04
Script
This is the roadmap of the video production. Everything else comes from the script and your approval. Once you approve the script we move into what's called "Script Lock" and move into principal photography.
05
"The “Split”
Once the script is approved, we create what's called "The Split". This document incorporates the narrative copy along with the visual and graphical elements in a 2-column audio/video format. This is the first time you “see” your production on paper. We need your approval before proceeding.
06
Motion Approval
This gives you a first look at your motion graphics in an animated environment, to ensure you like the style and flow. We proceed on your approval.
07
Rough-Cut (RC)
This is the first draft of your nearly completed video production. We post the video of our review platform Frame.io where you have the ability to watch the video and make your comments. These comments are imported directly to your projects timeline in our edit suite.
08
Revision-Cut (RVC)
This is your second look at your nearly completed video with the incorporated Rough-Cut changes. Again, we post the video of our review platform Frame.io where you have the ability to watch the updated video and make your comments. These comments are imported directly to your projects timeline in our edit suite.
09
Final-Cut (FC)
You’ll preview the final version of your corporate video production. This version reflects all your feedback during the previous Revision-Cut stage. Congratulations! Together, we’ve done it!
